  Got this from last deal. The door lock works OK, but the gateway arrived in a squished box and the cable (micro USB) was pretty much broken.

  Sent an email to them but got no reply. Shows how little they care after you buy their product.

  I'm not too fussed about broken micro USB since I have spares, but not responding to customer is something else.

    Is your mesh gateway working? It fails on setup everytime. I gave up after trying like 100 times.

      It does. Strangely I had the same experience with my android phone.

      After about 10-20 tries, I tested my luck with my partner's iPhone and it worked.

      I thought it's something to do with my phone due to being rooted or some weird bug.

  @Stephen pan quick question, if I install multiple lock in the house. How many mesh Gateway do I need? Only One for all? or One for each? does it mean I can then remotely unlock the locks by mobile internet through apps? Thanks
