also, just to clarify, it appears you can use it to 'buy' a game for under $20 (BFBC2), then using a new account 'buy' the DLC code for vietnam and use the code in BFBC2 to unlock… EA… you have much to learn.

  you need a new account. note, not all games downloaded via origin need origin to run. so you can create many new accounts, each with a free $20 game and then download them by logging into the origin client with the respective username and password and then launch them from the folder you installed them to. Seems a lot work even when origin is no longer installed. do a google search to work out which ones are fine.

I ordered Dragon Age 2 and it seemed to go through but have not received a confirmation and it's not showing in my order history. When I try to order again it says code invalid so I think it took it the first time. Do I have to wait a certain amount of time before I can see the order? It's been about 45 minutes.

You can still log out, Ctrl Shift Delete everything (delete cache and active logins) and then do another order. I've got warhead, bulletstorm and karkand.

Can someone please fix the title and description? I'm sure '$20 off select Origin.com (US) purchases' would have sufficed. At the moment, it reads as if you can only get free $20 games. This is not the case - you can buy games that are more or less.

      Most 'new' games actually aren't eligible for the discount. Confusion there. You can use the code on games that are <$20. Confusion there.
      
      Instead of various people just adding details to the deal as they become available, how about we actually change what was already there? At the moment, it's something of a clusterf*ck of various details, just spread all over the place, with inconsistent formatting. While you continue to imply that anyone who has a problem with this is stupid, I'm saying that it couldn't hurt just to clear this up.
      And of course people are going to skim this, it's a bunch of contradictory nonsense. That's why some consistent formatting, and a bit more structure, would be nice - which is my point.

Just saw this in another forum, tried it myself and it works.

How to add more than one game to the same account:
1. Open incognito/private mode window.
2. Add game to cart
3. Apply code
4. Remove game from cart
5. Login
6. Add game to cart (you will notice that game is free on its description page)
7. Check out
