  I see the olympus ED 40-150mm f:4.0-5.6 R is about $160 as well. A very similar lens with no built in ios because olympus likes in body.

    Good to point out the no IS.
    Since my BMPCC4K has no IBIS, I rock Lumix for long lengths like this to get IS, and then have one of the Oly 7-14 lenses for the faster 2.8
    Great build quality on the Olympus MFT though

    Too late to the party. Oly 40 150 also feels terrible in hand. My exp with cheap Oly lenses is very bad. Compared to that kit lenses from pana seems great, both build quality and optics wise.
    There are oly lenses (14 42, not 45 to 150) with bad ribbon cables for all my friends.

  I bought the original omd-em5 and have a wide range of good lenses.

  I'd love to upgrade the camera body but they are expensive.
