Each fortnight KFC will offer online/app accounts one of about half a dozen different deals for the week. I figured it would be best to consolidate them all into one deal instead of having a few posts of different offers.

You need to have email marketing turned on in account settings to get offered one of the deals. You also need to have a store selected that is currently open.

    I got the free upsize deal, and you can't use it on the Ultimate combo. So either I use it on a Zinger combo and get a 600 drink for $11.45. Or don't use it and get a can of drink instead for $1.50 less.

    My last three experiences from three different KFCs have been so horrible (undercooked, hard to chew zinger burger, pathetically sorry looking burger, little to no sauce added despite adding multiple in the order) that I have completely sworn off KFC altogether.

      There's good and bad KFC's. Might have lucked out and got a cluster with low standards. If you did complain, your voucher/remake is good for any kfc.

    Every single time I go to KFC, these deals are unobtainable, the ap won't work and they have run out of several ingredients, almost always one is chicken.
    Have given up now and going to Red Rooster where their fried chicken is maybe better now anyway and deals are better.
    No shade on the OP, I'm sure there are KFC restaurant out there where you can actually get these.
