I saw this at JB, was tempted to get it, but the fact its external not "portable" (ac powered vs USB powered) stopped my temptations.

  No it's not AC powered, it's only USB powered so you can restart your temptations as I will mine …

      I got this drive today from JB for $92, good deal. USB 2 is still fine.

JB are doing free delivery on theirs. This is a good price for storage. It's about time they came back down in price to 50c/GB.
