The Evo Plus isn't designed (or warranted) for use in dashcams, the Pro Endurance is the best one for dashcams, the 256GB Pro Endurance is only about $10 more if you need the larger storage.
Yeah, that one is designed more for dashcams, but is rated for up to 36K hrs use, where as the on in the deal is rated for upto140K hrs.

Because they are probably fakes
If it's too good to be true, they are 100% fakes. There's a tonne of fakes out there, it's best to buy only from reputable retailers. On Amazon, buy only if it says Ships from and Sold by Amazon.
The fake cards usually have lower capacities (i.e. they sell it as a 512GB card including on the physical product labelling, but internally it's actually a 64GB card) and the performance tends to be worse than genuine cards as well.
