What is essential

• Amazon calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.

• Cashback is eligible if you use a gift card as payment for your purchase.
• Pre-orders scheduled for shipment within 60 days of purchase are eligible for cashback
• Amazon take a bit longer to track your item, so please wait up to 7 days for your item to appear in your account

What will stop me getting my cashback?

• Cashback is ineligible on purchases paid with any Amazon credit as partial or full payment.
• Purchases paid with any Amazon credit will result in your cashback in ineligible.
• Bulk, commercial, or reseller purchases.
• Purchases of vouchers, gift cards, Kindle Unlimited, Audible, mobile apps, Amazon Prime subscriptions & renewals.
• Purchases made on other sites than Amazon's AU site

      I sent a question a few lines above to the Rep regarding that. It says gift card allowed but Amazon credit is not. I want to know their definition of Amazon credit, is it the gift card balance or something else? Waiting for the Rep to reply.

      As for buying giftcards, it says Not eligible. "Purchases of vouchers, gift cards, Kindle Unlimited, Audible, mobile apps, Amazon Prime subscriptions & renewals."

        @Ziggy28 @elecpurch Gift Card Balance is NOT Amazon credit. Amazon credit are those privided by CSA when you complain about something (or credit provided as part of a special offer by Amazon).

    I made the mistake of already adding the item to my Amazon cart, closing the webpage, and then clicking through via TopCashback and completing the Amazon order. As per the original post, this likely makes the cashback ineligible. Has anyone had any luck with this, or should I cancel and replace the order?

    Edit: cancelled and replaced the order. These cashback procedures always seem so tedious.

        I've cleared my cache and logged back in and only latest purchase showing.

            @TopCashback AU Rep: The issue is that your system only shows the last click. If someone makes 3 Amazon purchases separately with 3 separate clicks, only the last click is recorded in the account.

Some transactions have started to track already, but a majority are still awaiting to be reported in. So as per normal, please wait up to 7 days for it to appear in your account.

          Yeah very disappointing, but I guess different cashback sites have different report times as well. Shopback is slower than Cashrewards for Boost and Pizza Hut for example.

      Just got a $10 lump sum tracking under the ID "Amazon Black Friday Offer" ($0 purchase). Unsure if this is the actual amount I should be getting (it seems less), but at least something's there!
