    I have had this for about a year and a half and it has held up super well. Nice simple effective kit.

      Does it have any rubber smell? Had a bad experience with other mouse pads. Smelled strongly of rubber and synthetic materials out of the box. And no amount of washing would remove the smell.

      Any factory smells? Had a few bad experiences where the desktop mat smelled like rubber out of the box and no amount of washing or sunning would get rid of the smell.
