Just need an ultra cheap SIM card to act as a number
Mainly for incoming calls + voicemail data, don't even need much data (even 0mb would be Ok)
Any suggestions?

Aldi used to be the cheaper option but they made some changes to it makes it slightly more expensive to keep for a full year.
I was looking at that but ill be using voicemail feature pretty heavily which is a paid feature with amaysim. Any thoughts?

You can't purchase that plan though… you need to switch to it after you activate.
There are web services that let you setup a virtual number that can get forwarded to another real phone. Depends on your use case.

Ask your friends and family if they got a spare sim lying around unused. Chances are you can get one for $0.
Other wise for long term number parking Lyca mobile, amaysim, Aldi mobile all have 365 payg plans
