Great wifi thermometer. i've had one the past 2 years an loved it. App works great. For medium rare beef/lamb i take the meat out at 58 degrees and let it rest.
With 4 inputs, you can set multiple temperatures. I even use 2 probes in 1 bit of beef that has 1 larger side. Put a probe in each end and cut mid cook if required.

game changer when cooking large cuts or different meats at once - always take them out right on time, will always impress.

These are great. I just wish they had an auto power off feature.
