    I bought my copy on the weekend from here. Talked to the live support as per the instructions in the description and received my key straight away. Very happy with the service, not so much with the 18gb download :(

    www.cdkeyshome.com and E.TE Entertainment are fraud sellers as I purchased the GW2 key from em and after 20 days my account in game has been suspended because the serial code that they provided was a fraudulent.
    Tried to communicate with them via email and their website but there are still no response, and the customer support is useless.
    My advises, stay away with these doggy sellers, full of scam and fraud. Fast when sale and dead when have any problems.

      actually i noticed today i can't login. I'm wondering if something dodgy is going on as well. I haven't played it for about a week or so and just get some authentication error even though I can log into the web portal thing

      This is the email I received from GW tech support:

      Hello,

      The Guild Wars 2 Serial Code that you registered was originally purchased from our website https://buy.guildwars2.com/. This purchase was made using a stolen credit/debit card and was thus flagged as a fraudulent charge. This resulted in the provided serial code being permanently disabled.

      I would suggest contacting the seller from whom you purchased the code for a full refund, as they sold you a code purchased with a stolen credit or debit card.

      In order to regain access to the game benefits, you must purchase Guild Wars 2 again and apply a new, valid code to your account. To ensure this does not happen in the future, please purchase the game from one of our authorized retail partners https://buy.guildwars2.com/retailers or purchase directly from our website https://buy.guildwars2.com/.

    Hi aedeau, it's unluck that we are in same crap situation but I am afraid your dispute case to Paypal will be unsolved as I already log my claim to Paypal and just receiced their response this morning "We have concluded our investigation into your case. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to decide this claim in your favour."
    So what they mean is with any intangible product purchases, Paypal can not cover as their crap policies. So I decided to call Paypal to get more information about their response and I do not think they are unable take further action about this case, once again - intangible products. But one good thing they can do is closing the blackmail E.TE Entertainment account. Sadly, I can not get $ back. Sh_t that there are many trading online stores, esp from china or uk, bunches of junk.
    If u have other acc from other forums, let ppl awares of our story mate :).

    My advise, get game from Steam or online game company, not via 3rd online party.
