Hi visited Bunnings today and saw roughly 50% off on most of their GearWrench stock. Stock levels are currently adequate. Ratchet Spanner, deep socket drive sets,wrench drives socket sets etc at a good price until stock lasts. Looks like instore or order online for pickup. Maybe power pass 5% off eligible on top of this clearance rate but my work must have disabled this discount option. Plenty of stock available should be able to get something of interest

Can you tell a newb why?
The total of 111pc is made up of actual useful and more valuable tools as opposed to lots of little bits for the screw driver handle in the 120pc.
I'm a builder and bought 2 of the 111pc sets the other day for my workers. Its a really nice set, I might do the old sly swap with my current set and keep one in my ute.

@atj: No worries, this is the type of set I'd buy for myself at home and keep it for a lifetime.
4 years ago I saw a Stanley Fatmax set on clearance at Bunnings and bought it for my work truck. It's still going strong and its been treated like absolute crap. I think for most non-trade people these kind of sets are a massive overkill but if you like nice things, this is definitely a good buy at 50% off.
What was the price before hand?
I was in my local store today and they had these on the racking, with the yellow stickers on the racking, at these prices.
Usually they have the orange tags with clearance or a special price paper sticky taped to the rack.
These were the standard yellow stickers on the racking.
Didn't look like they'd just been changed.
There was no clearance tag, no special tag, just standard pricing.
No doubt, these are a good price, compared to other stores, but are these actually on clearance??
Yellow tags/stickers are clearance. Orange tags are temporary sale prices.
