Yeah it's definitely worth having to chase up missing cashback for the sake of 20 cents.
Its probably your method that causes it to not track. Havent had any issues with missed tracking so far.

@pennypincher98: People have issues with tracking from CR and SB as well and there are posts like the ones you linked.
All those people might not follow good methods to ensure tracking either.
Just clear browser history and then go straight to cashback site and then onto purchase. Obviously, you cant be using ad blockers and have to accept cookies from the purchase website if it asks and other things that also apply to other cashback sites.
@8azinga: Do you see the customer service rep replying to any of those trying to reassure or help? The SB and CR reps are always on here providing deals and support.TC rep hasn't been seen in at least 2 weeks.
I have the exact same method on TC with CR and SB, 99.9% success rate and anything that goes wrong is quickly sorted out. Once SB even honoured the cashback I made a mistake with.
It's not like TC has never tracked for me, it works maybe 75% of the time. But that's 1 in 4 transactions I have to flag, chase up and check in on. It was the same story with Cheddar. Worked most of the time, but most of the time isn't good enough when your competitors are providing better service.
using the 40% outlet and cash rewards I just paid $35 delivered for the energy falcon shoe. Don't use the singles day it will void the 18% cash rewards.
Heaps of shoes on there for under $70 delivered. Can't beat that
