Is it this one? https://www.supercheapauto.com.au/p/toolpro-x-toolpro-x-sock…
I got it for $100 on sale and it's great. I have over a dozen socket sets and always use this one when I service my car
That was a good deal. Pre-Covid?
Best I could find atm is the:

Just checked my emails. Ordered on Sept 9 2022
ToolPRO-X Socket Set 3/8" Drive Metric/SAE 42 Piece
Total: AU $114.49
Toolpro X is a step up from regular Toolpro, but if you're patient, SCA often have sales of Toolpro sets that are great value

This one is the closest because it has deep sockets, and the price is not bad
@rosebank: What I thought, too. But add the $109 3/8 impact socket deal, and you get it all and more.
I think the set in this deal is an old model, replaced by this 57 pc set:
https://www.totaltools.com.au/206097-gearwrench-1-4-3-8-metr…
Hence it being half price(?).
But with this new model, all you get for double your money is an extension bar, maybe one socket, a few adapters, and a socket handle with mini tools
For general use 12 points are fine. But if I haven't moved a nut or there is rust the 6 point saves a lot of frustration.
The narrower handle of the GW ratchet is a boon when in a tight space. This was a good choice to compliment the 1/4+1/2" 111pc set for $149, esp. if after a matching set and waiting for another retailer to mark down Kincrome/ToolPro etc, is feeling like a game of chicken with no end in sight. The others do seem pricey atm. Maybe wait for Black Friday?
I got their CrMo 3/8 15 piece impact socket set also, as it works with these nicely, has nice big lettering, all are 6 point, so lots of choice. This set works with impact ratchets also. Going this way allows me maximum number of options in 3/8", which is my most used size.
Agree the SAE sockets are a waste of space, but at the price these tools rock, esp. if like me you have a 3/8 battery powered ratchet needing impact rated sockets. Decent cases too that allow neat placement in a cabinet drawer.
"grip with more contact on nuts"
Agree this is important
Vinnie Jones definitely agrees…Gazza not so much
Excellent all rounder portable kit. Goes up to 19mm i think
i just called my local store and they said its a promo and not on clearance and not $79 it could be just a WA rip off again
Nah. Saw at my local in Darwin a lot of gearwrench stuff on the clearance table.
Lol. Funny neggers out there. Since been to another bunnings store and they are also clearing out the gearwench stuff.
Yellow clearance stickers everywhere.
I think Bunnings have started putting the "Clearance" label on stuff they have in as promotional stuff.
That's certainly the case for the recently posted Ryobi solar panel battery inverter deal anyway. Had "Clearance" in the pic online but in their system was just "promotion", with no discount from the promo price. As in, it was not on clearance at all….
Make sure you actually need SAE. Not many cars use SAE anymore, even for modern American-made cars. You're better off getting a metric only set or a metric set with no skips. A 6-point metric set with no skips might work on an SAE bolt.
tempting as gearwrench make great ratchets, but i tend to prefer 6 point rather than 12 sockets now, tend to grip with more contact on nuts and bolts and less chance of rounding. costs more than this set but the supercheap toolpro-x 3/8 set is my go to now instead of my sidchrome or repco 12 point socket set.
better grip might also be why impact sockets are usually 6 point not 12.
