  • Your link doesn't seem to work. Web page loads when entered manually but not through link supplied.
    Congrats on the new position.

    • Thanks, I've checked again and the double check the coupon. Should all be working. Any issues, please let me know.

I want to actively hear how we can improve our ecom experience, pricing, etc. I'm all ears.

You can start by reading the Deal Posting Guidelines.

Nobody here really cares about your life story. Just get to the point and list the actual bargains.

You've been a member for 11 years so you really should know by now that spammy posts like this are not be viewed favourably here.

Thanks mate, I added the main jist of it on the title, further details below. Happy to edit this again, but appreciate the feedback.

      • My pleasure. Reads like a deal now. Looks good!

  • +1

    Any bargains?

All I'm reading is just advertising and some boring, unrelated story about tech bubbles.

    • +1

Updated the post to include pricing.

      • When the mods get back from church they are going to have a field day with your title.

        • +1

I'm confused over the jumping on with the negativity. Happy to work on the edits, but it's definitely non-mods acting as mods instead of offering suggestions. Wasn't an attempt at being spammy, genuinely offering a deal to support those who helped me. But if you're so inclined, I can't work to improve.

          • @phamid: Thanks for editing and listing the bargains up top.
It's still too verbose for me, a lot of details are completely irrelevant to the deal.

In my opinion, your personal story, professional challenges, business goals, requests for feedback, etc. are all better suited to a forum post, if you want to have a yarn.

            • +3

@ozilicious: I appreciate the reply. I've removed the yarn and will do a forum post in the future. Just went to the straight deal, details, etc to get to the point.

@phamid: Thanks Pat, reads more like a deal to me now, appreciate you taking it on board and not disappearing after posting.

  • Anyone know where to get Halloween Man Mystery?

    • +1

I've checked all our SKUs and cannot find any inactive/active products for Halloween. Doesn't mean we cannot order it in, but may take time to check our suppliers on their stock or availability. Give me Monday, latest Tuesday, to check with the ordering team if we have a Halloween supplier available in Australia. Current research shows some AU stockists, but overseas import. Concern with this is that you'll make the order and dropship overseas, usually common with FragranceNet.

      • Jesus Del Pozo doesn't appear to have a local supplier here, double-checked Grupo Perfumes y Diseño. Likely have to order in overseas, unless I cannot see it correctly.

  • Congrats on your recent promotion.

  • TL;DR:

What was too long that we didn't read? The title?

  • +1

I'll keep this to an ozbargainer's perspective (as much as I can),

Ordering from this site offers little in appeal considering the alternatives. I'm sure to the average person who walks into a store and pays full price for something they enjoy, this is a decent deal. I'll just list some examples instead of droning on:

    Creed Aventus (424$) - An actual deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/787519 (318$) - Batch was F000543.
Wanted by night (143$) - Chemist warehouse current price https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/buy/99752/azzaro-wanted-… (60$)

I could list a bunch of others (Y EDP, Explorer, Eros, etc), but I think you get the point. I've been following frags for a few years now, and I can't honestly say there's anything noteworthy, in terms of value (maybe Aventus absolu - considering it's a new release?). I might be more of a frag-head than the average ozbargainer, so who knows, maybe I'm wrong on general perception.

    Anyway, grats on the job.

    • Is Azzaro Wanted by Night Eau De Parfum 100ml discontinued i can see no stock at any CW or order online

      • You might be onto something there. When I purchased my bottle from CW there were no stock issues (I payed $63 at the time)

From a quick squiz online, I found a cheaper price than what is listed at cityperfume:

        https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/225289410165?hash=item34744b9675…

        (5400+ - 100% feedback)

        AU $128.95
        -AU $10.00 Discount amount:

        Your price:
        AU $118.95

        CODE: 'SAVNOV23'

Best of luck if you're chasing it down, you might find cheaper elsewhere.

I’m not going to bash the other retailers, I’m down for friendly competition, we can be limited on our discounts due to supplier agreements, but on occasions have scaled out sales like Cyber, Boxing, etc.

  • Any chance you guys will stock Le Labo, Byredo, or Jo Malone in the future?

    • Like the request for Halloween, happy to follow up and see if that’s a possibility!

      • It's owned by Estée Lauder, something we can order in. Depending on demand, we could stock it, otherwise make special orders for customers.
