( Tested versus Philips Series 3000) The 45 high performance blades are self-sharpening and made in Europe. The new shape of the shaving heads is engineered for precision. From what I read up, Phillips and Brauns technology shaves differently, this one is rotary shaver, apparently tugs a bit more and not as easy on sensitive skin? I went with Panasonic LV67 foil shaver that I saw on Kogan for 200.

For those on the fence to purchase, which I was too, Phillips are running a promotion whereby you can return the unit for a refund if it doesn't fit your bill.

You just need to keep it for a minimum of 30 days but return within 90 days and you pay postage.

Seems decent enough to try it out and see what you think.
