    $10 Cap Per User

    here….

  • +8

    "80% Cashback"
Just not up to standard compared to some previous cashbacks.

    • Inflation hey

      • +4

        Inflation is 110% cashback

      • +3

Oi aren't you on specials at Woolworths for $1.30 this week?

        • +1

No, only my friends and family

  • why not 100%??

    • +2

Probs they ran out of fundings, as dealbot initially hinted on BAM that it was 100% cashback during ShopFest, unless his insider info is lacking :P

      • +1

        Should’ve tagged him.

      • I guess it was technically right - even without the specific details?, 80%+20%

        • But ive always been told to use Paypal payment for tracking Pizza Hut…

          • @ATangk: The only time I didn’t got tracked on my Pizza Hut cashback was the time I used PayPal as payment method (in the 110% TCB deal). Although most probably because I forgot to disable my adblocker.. All other transactions paid by credit card or Apple Pay got tracked smoothly.

    • They actually gave me a banner saying 100% Westpac cashback up to $25, I guess combining the 80+20% and $10+$15 caps, but I can’t find it now so looks like they may have corrected it.

      • +1

I thought I was going mad, I saw this too (this morning) and was just going to order but can’t find the 100% banner any more!!

        • +1

          yes, same lol

  • +4

I wonder whether they are actually getting a return from these regular giveaways. I just get the free (/almost free) stuff every time and don't buy anything otherwise.

    • +1

They have a death wish. It’s just so depressing churning out pizza after pizza after pizza. They tried increasing the prices, and lowering the quality, but people keep coming back. Then a glimmer of hope on the horizon — an OzBargain-mediated spiral into oblivion will finally bring eternal peace

    • +5

I think there's been some impact. I've personally been using Dominos as my go to place for value Pizzas…back in 2022 they were $5 for the value range. In 2023, apart from the 1-2 occasions where they had 50%+ off, I've hardly been to Dom. Pizza Hut is now my go to place and I don't look at Domino's stores, also grown used to PH's taste given the quantum of freebies they've given away!

They might be gradually building loyalty perhaps? They won't win over everyone, but I like what they're doing. Companies that support customers during inflation are always close to my heart lol.

      • Do you find PH better? For me, Dominoes has been so much better in comparison, but I have never been to my local PH, just been stuck with it when someone somewhere else has ordered.

Neither is my go to pizza, but for a party/kids cheap pizza, Dominoes is stuck as my preference. 7 bucks for the value range is still decent value compared to most other options.

        • +1

To be honest, I'm not crazy for either. In 2022, I can't remember a single time I visited PH - Dominos was my go to! At 80% off, PH Pizzas are always worth than Dom and PH promos run all so regularly.

        • For my local PH is much better than dominoes but then home made is better than both

        • Seems dependent on individual stores. I prefer Dominos here but hard to argue with (almost) free pizza.

        • in my local ones, all the Dominoes are totally cr@p compared to PH: tiny amount of topptings, sometimes dough not fully cooked, etc. that's only discovered after I tried PH's free pizzas, before that I thought Dominos are the norms

    • +1

Never used to like Pizza Hut, but in my case they made me realise my local Pizza Hut franchise >>> my local Dominos franchise

  • +3

dont forgot have 50% in the challenge
eg order $20 you still can get everything for free

    • "dont forgot have 50% in the challenge"

      What does that mean?

      • +2

double check your challenge in shopback
will have a 50% cashback which is only 1 redemption per user in Nov

        • Oh thanks!

    • +2

Is it targeted? I can't see it on my challenge list? Only have $5 for $50 spend

      • couldbe either one of it

      • +1

targeted, GYB explained that's for someone never ordered pizza.

    • +1

FYI - this is for new Pizza Hut customers on Shopback only

  • I wanted a ham and cheese pizza, but because I like toasted cheese and ham sandwiches I wanted cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella, but it seems there is no way of changing cheeses and paying the same amount, is there a work around to change cheeses for free?

  • Last 100% I also did TCB, same pizza twice, turned up an hour earlier and asked them to get them started, I watched the same guy make both pizzas, get them, it's the same pizza but they are very different to each other.

  • +2

    HODL for 100%

  • I shouldn't be having this much pizza 💀

  • +7

With this you can spend $12.50 and still receive 100% cashback!

    • +3

Cheers. I was just about to do the math, but now i don't have to

    • Is it actually 100% though when cashback is typically calculated on ex GST purchase value? Or does pizza hut not do ex GST calculations?

      • should be inc GST, usually got back 100% on $10 or less spend

        • Mm true good point

      • Yes, Pizza Hut includes GST fortunately

  • I've signed up for a westpac card 2 weeks ago and I've used it so much because of these deals. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing

    • What card did you go for ? I’m thinking of getting one ( free one)

      • just get the transaction account and make sure you deposit $2000 in there per month to stop getting the monthly account keeping fee

  • Does that mean it's 100% with Westpac card?

    • Seems like it but you would need to pay with Westpac card directly. I get nervous about tracking without PayPal

      • +1

PayPal track perfect! Use Westpac card mean 100% cap (12.5)

      • +2

Ive been using cc since I got the PayPal wheel of death 5 deals ago, all tracked.

    • +1

      Should be 100% (first $12.5) and 20% ($12.5-$25)

    • Yes

  • I have faith in the upcoming 100% cashback na 💪💪

  • +1

With Westpac you can spend up to $17.85 on a pizza (Use HUT5130) to get the max cashback ($12.50)

  • Ordered a pizza with westpac card.
The normal 80% cashback has tracked
But 20% westpac bonus hasn't tracked yet..
    Did something go wrong?

    • Same here. Came to comment the same thing.

      • Has your westpack cashback been confirmed?

        Mine still hasn't…

  • Has anyones westpac cashback tracked?

    • My westpac tracked straight away. My husband's hasn't yet, but the normal cashback did. Might come through overnight

  • +2

30% off any large pizza: HUT6366

    • Didn't work for me. HUT5130 did though for 30% off

      • +1

I think it’s pick up only. HUT5130 works for delivery

        • +1

works for pick up too. I use it all the time and I only pick up

  • I dont have any faith with shopback - i ordered last time from menulog, as they had 50% cashback - they just rejected my claim as well

    • +2

Did you follow it up? I’ve had that happen, and they fixed it after following up the claim rejection

      • Good advice.

  • I don't have additional 50% Cashback (capped at $10) though the "Earn More" tab at the "Pizza Hut challenge" but I have "spend $50 get $5" offer.

  • +1

    Both Westpac and PH tracked

    • how long did it take?

      • No idea, I placed my order at 3am and when I woke up at 8am both cashback are in my account

      • Under an hour for both to track for me

    • My westpac didnt/hasnt tracked.
What should I do? Anyone I can contact?

      • give it a while, sometimes it takes longer to track

        • the standard 80% cashback has tracked
          the westpac 20% cashback hasnt
some other people here having the same issue

          • @gembel: no, I mean sometimes the westpac tracking takes longer, might even be tomorrow before it shows

  • +2

I got a pop up saying "Westpac exclusive - 100% cashback up to $25". Is that right?

To me it looks like if I spend $25 I'd get 80% on the first $10 and 20% on the whole lot.

    • Just got a second notification describing it properly, I guess the first one was just sloppy - good job I ignored it!

  • Ordered at 11.47 am and paid with Westpac, no tracking as yet

  • How do you get the 20% bonus CB using a Westpac card? I thought best to go thru the app and use Paypal for payment - so does that mean I must link my Westpac debit card with my Paypal account? Or do I enter my Westpac card number as payment in order to get the extra 20% bonus?

    • You need to link Westpac card to shopback and pay using it.

Nearly one hour since I placed my order and neither 80% or 20% cashback have tracked.

Never had an issue when using PayPal…

Hopefully it’s just a bit slow and will come through soon

      • Paid with my Westpac card. 80% regular cashback tracked but 20% still hasn't tracked.

        • Same situation as you, got the 80% CB but the 20% Westpac bonus still hasnt tracked, I paid with the Westpac card directly as that how it always works with Westpac bonuses, as much as Id love to use Paypal as the payment gateway lol

          • @ULT: I've used cc for the past 5 deals, after PayPal had the circle of death and had no issues with tracking. I can't use PayPal anymore since they took away the sms 2fa, don't want to tab out to use authenticator

  • got the 80% Cashback but the 20% Westpac bonus still hasnt tracked, I paid with the Westpac card directly as that how it always works with Westpac bonuses, lets see how long it takes for the 20% to come through

    • me too

  • +1

Omg can you guys just chill, it always takes a bit of time to track it's normal.

    • Yes it does take a very long time

  • Do I have to link my Westpac card to ShopBack?

    • Of course, if u don't link, it doesn't activate ur westpac lounge. Do it if u have westpac card

      • Just got it a week ago but haven't used it for anything yet 😂, thanks!

  • For the additional 50% cashback can we do shopback online order or do we have to order on the shopback app?

I already activated it on the app

But I like to order online rather than on the app

Also is that the case for " make 3 online transactions in November "

Also it say 534 rewards left for the 3 transactions get $15 bonus

So does that mean it is a limited promotion in which I can get denied if too many people claim

    • For the additional 50% cashback can we do shopback online order or do we have to order on the shopback app?

      Both are fine.

Also is that the case for " make 3 online transactions in November "

Yes, this purchase will count towards that challenge.

Also it say 534 rewards left for the 3 transactions get $15 bonus

So does that mean it is a limited promotion in which I can get denied if too many people claim

      Correct.

      • Ok thanks so much for confirming

Just had one more question for the 50% off it also says on the terms

        " available while redemptions last"

So is that limited as well?

        • I don't know what 50% offer you are referring to. I don't see it in my app. It is possible that it is targeted, meaning it is only available for you.

If it says while redemptions last, then it should be limited.

  • Ordered at 5pm and already tracked in account. Email came late. I ordered through shopback app and paid with CC.

  • Paid by cc and ordered on Tuesday BOGOF, westpac tracked separately 15 minutes after the PH one

    • My westpac still hasn't tracked.. who can i report to?

      • Chat to the team using Live Chat on their website.

      • Leave it for a couple of days at least. Sometimes the westpac tracking lags behind. Mine went though straight away this time, but my husband's hasn't. Will see if it comes through tomorrow
