      Launching with 30fps and 40fps quality modes, there was much wailing and anguish from console users hoping to experience the latest Plague Tale chapter at 'full fat' 60fps. It's taken months, but Asobo Studio has delivered - albeit with a range of cutbacks and compromises. Also of interest is a fully unlocked 120Hz performance mode. Tom Morgan has all of the details.

      it got 60fps patch months ago, if you got 120hz tv you get 60-100fps

      Agreed. I played through it and got all the achievements when it was on Xbox Game Pass. It wasn't my type of game. Very slow and I hate unskippable cut scenes,

        I love this game, I highly recommend to anybody who play games for story and action set pieces but no hard feeling everyone has their preferences but I am pretty sure you can skip cutscenes in this games

          A Plague Tale: Requiem is the second game in the series and I highly recommend you play A Plague Tale: Innocence first since it's story heavy. It's a linear narrative with a big focus on stealth as you play as a mostly defenseless teenage girl and her young brother. It's similar to TLoU but with a lot less guns and murder. Sneak around, solve puzzles, and use the environment to maybe kill people.

          Thymesia is a souls-like. So similar to Lies of P, Elden Ring, Dark Souls etc.

    I remember bought A Plague Tale: Requiem PS5 for cheapest $32 from EB Games that was error price overnight on 24 December last year. Never played yet.
