  How does the price match work?

  I've created an account, requested a price match and entered the details needed. After clicking "make an offer", the window just sits there without any acknowledgment.

  Do I need to add it to the shopping cart or do I just hope for a confirmation email/sms?

    Do you mean that the form doesn't submit? Make sure there are no special characters in the form e.g. 3246 instead of 3,246 in price field as it has trouble with them.

    You don't need to add it to cart, it will be added by the Sony staff once it is approved

  the Camera Warehouse a7iii body price has changed back and they have told me the price match isn't valid.

  Does anyone happen to have a screenshot of the Camera Warehouse price?

  Just wondering if price match at JB hifi(Wish to spend my 15% off gift card), am I still eligible for the $400 cash back? I read the T&Cs of the cashback promotion, there is one sentence in term 4 saying

  "the purchase must not have been made under any other offer or discount provided by a participating Sony Australia authorised dealer".

  Does price match considered an offer or discount?

  There's another post on Ozbargain https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/809503 saying that you can price match at Sony online store and get $400 cashback. I am not even sure price matching at Sony official store would be eligible. Can somebody confirm this? Thank you.
