Its bargain basement for a reason. Low adjustment range, low speed, less stages, likely a single cross brace, only 2 memory spots, doesnt go that low, etc

Im sure itll do the job for most.

    • Only started looking into these. Any decent ones you can recommend?

You can generally pick up the Artiss Brand for the $300-350 mark. They don't have saved memory height, but it is a pretty solid desk that doesn't move around much when it is extended

I went for this one, and then bought the desktop from Bunnings. Dual motor and have used this in my office set-up for more than 2 years now.

I got this Artiss one for $249, it's decent single motor and 120 x 60 desk top size. No saved memory but does the job.

I got the dual motor model from a wholesaler after they were recommended on here.
Apparently they are ~the same hardware as what Desky use. Ask in their support chat for a discount too.
I've been very happy with mine, would advise to go dual over the single model.

        • Thanks for that! did you manage to get a further discount on what they already have up at the moment?

@Sherro: I think they gave a $30 off coupon code, which covered shipping costs.
Can't recall exactly what total I paid as it was over a year ago, desk is still going strong.

Any idea how to tell if the hardware is the same? I was looking at Desky and www.deskbird.com.au but I might just do what you did and go for the wholesaler.

@infood24: I'm not entirely sure, to be honest.

      • I'll also vouch for the Artiss single motor. I bought the frame only and my father-in-law made me a birch top about 1600x800. As others have said, no height memory but a solid frame at a good price.

  • are these any good? this seems very cheap for one of these desks to me.

60cm depth is quite narrow and too close to the monitor, would prefer at least 75cm
