In the famous words of Mahatma Gandhi, put up or shut up.

Where's the link to such examples?

      • In the famous words of Mahatma Ganghi - our words are backed by nuclear bolt cutters.

    • They can't be, that's why so many people flock to these bargains.. Must be nice to live in your own fantasy world where you're always right and everyone else is wrong.

  • This is getting a little left field but thank you, I do enjoy a good Knipex bargain.

  • Has to pass on these, too many tools this week..

      • Done 👍

33% claimed now, hovered at 1-4% while I was considering buying, it must have just gone on sale

  • How donl they go cutting say cheap bike cable locks? I've got one locked & wrapped around the kids bike frame, but they lost the keys. Or just tin snips?

    • +1

i mean a Kmart pair would do the job there but yes these would work for sure lol if its one of the combination ones a hammer works to as i found out as a kid

    • +1

You want a wire cutter if it's a multi-strand wire rope. I'm not sure I can post youtube links here, but look up "WARNING: Wire Cutters Defeat Bicycle Cable Locks Quickly" from the Lockpicking Lawyer to see the technique.

These Knippex bolt end cutters will work too, as long as they open wide enough to fit the cable you have in their jaws. May as well just use generic wire cutters though if you have a pair and a strong grip.
