"Buy 1 Get 1 Free – Qantas Flights Flash Sale" Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") apply to the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" event being run on the Trip App (as defined below).
1. Promoter: Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its registered address at 1 Harbourfront Ave, #03-12/13, Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore (098632).
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on 31 October 2023 at 16:00:00 (Sydney time) and ends on 1 November 2023 at 23:59:59 (Sydney time).
3. Eligible Member: To participate in this Promotion, you must be a registered user of Trip.com with a valid account and be over 18 years of age.
4. Availability: This Promotion is available on the Australian version of the Trip.com mobile app (version 7.74 or above) (hereinafter referred to as "Trip App").
5. Travel Period: Flights departing from 30 October 2023 to 31 March 2024 (Sydney time), excluding those departing from 24 December 2023 to 20 January 2024 (Sydney time).
6. Eligible Flight Tickets: The Promotion is applicable to round-trip economy class flight tickets operated, marketed and validated by Qantas flights with the " Buy 1 Get 1 Free - Flash Sale" promotion tag. These tickets must be for flights that take place within the Travel Period, including the free ticket.
7. Promotion:
7.1. If you are an Eligible Member and you have booked two sets of Eligible Round-Trip Flight Tickets departing from Sydney to Auckland and returning from Auckland to Sydney OR Melbourne to Auckland and returning from Auckland to Melbourne on 31 October 2023, you are entitled to a 50% discount; Similarly, if you have booked two sets of Eligible Round-Trip Flight Tickets departing from Sydney to Christchurch and returning from Christchurch to Sydney OR Melbourne to Christchurch and returning from Christchurch to Melbourne on 1 November 2023, you are entitled to a 50% discount. It is important to note that to be eligible for the Promotion, the two sets of Eligible Flight Tickets shall be purchased at the same time and shall have same departure and arrival time. The 50% discount ONLY applies to the base fare and taxes.
7.2 Flight bookings made via the Trip App will also enjoy app exclusive prices. Total flight bookings with a value of over $300 AUD will receive a $20 AUD discount, and flights with a total value under $300 AUD will receive a $10 AUD discount.
7.3 Flight promo codes Terms and Conditions: 1. Promotion period: Start from 14:00 AEDT 29 Oct till 23:59 AEDT 1 Nov 2023. The benefits of this promotion are limited and will be given on a first come, first served basis, one time use per account. 2. Trip.com AU members can enjoy promo codes on flights when they sign into the Trip.com AU app. 3. The promo codes are only available on the Australian version of the Trip.com app. 4. Users redeem promo code and book domestic Australia flights with a total value of over $100 AUD will receive a $10 AUD discount. OR Users redeem promo code and book Australia flights to New Zealand with a total value of over $200 AUD will receive a $30 AUD discount. 5. 7.4 Hotel New users promo codes Terms and Conditions: 1. Promotion period: Start from 3:00 AEDT 29 Oct till 23:59 AEDT 5 Nov 2023. 2.Once claimed, promo codes are valid for 7 days. 3.Promotion platform: Trip.com App Australia version. 4.To receive the discount, bookings must be paid for using the currency of the promo code. 5.Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. 6.Promo codes can only used by users who haven't yet made a booking using the Trip.com App. Only one new hotel guest promo code can be applied per user. 7.Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip Coins. 8.If a booking which a promo code was applied to becomes invalid or is canceled, the promo code applied to the booking will be automatically returned to the user's account. 9.Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation.
8. Limited Redemption: The number of Eligible Flight Tickets is limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. The maximum number of Eligible Flight Tickets each Eligible Member can redeem is once per Trip.com account during the Promotion Period.
10. Prices are dynamic according to availability and may change from time to time. Displayed prices are accurate at the moment of display and can fluctuate from time to time. Please refresh the page to check the most updated availability, price, and policies.
11. If any changes are made to the booking after the purchase is confirmed or after the Promotion Period, the applicable discount may not be available or applied.
12. The two sets of Eligible Round-Trip Flight Tickets participating in the Promotion need to be canceled or changed at the same time. In that case, the Eligible Member shall pay the price difference and other miscellaneous charges (if applicable). 13. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, cashback sites, loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, discounted items, and fixed-price items unless otherwise stated.
14. All information, including personal information ("Information") submitted or known to Trip.com and/or its affiliates in connection with this Promotion will only be used for the purposes set out in and treated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of Trip.com at https://pages.trip.com/service-guideline/privacy-policy-en-s… ("Privacy Policy").
15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the T&C as well as to vary or terminate any of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. The Promoter reserves the right of final interpretation and decision in all matters pertaining to the Promotion.
16. Conflict of terms and conditions: In the event that any of the terms under this T&C conflict with rules and/or any such related information displayed elsewhere on Trip App, the terms under this T&C shall prevail.
17. Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Promoter be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business, or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not the Promoter has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
18. Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible and shall have no liability to you or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of your participation in the Promotion.
19. Governing law: You agree that this Promotion is governed, interpreted, and enforced by the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims, or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.
20. If a user is suspected of fraud, using illegal means, making robot reservations, or engaging in any violation of the rules in participating in this activity, Trip.com reserves the right to cancel the rewards, qualifications, and take legal measures.
21. Any terms and conditions applicable to these promotions which are illegal, prohibited or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective without invalidating the remaining provisions.
