    Most of the time the points aren't credited at all and you have to chase them up but, on the off chance they do come through automatically, it'll usually be around a week or so after the promotion has ended.

  I had to ring to have the points awarded.
  I bought $500 and $200 in two transactions.
  Only first $500 was awarded points (10000) as they said single use. I am not sure if the terms and conditions specify that term?
