Looks to be about as low as it gets according to the Camels. Good chance to expand the Wera collection.

Looks good but I want the colourful ones
Got the rainbow stainless for $45 last year. Outstanding kit.
I need an excuse to justify purchase. What are common uses for these?
Own a bicycle?
flat packs, bicycles, anything mechanical, electronicals
Tightening of hex head screws, which among other things may be found on life saving devices like defibrillators. So by the transitive property of bargains, these are also life saving. Are you really going to risk not having a set?
Getting some great tips
I'm all for saving lives one screw at a time
Thanks. Been waiting for these for a while. Been wanting the coloured ones like beltdrive above but meh. Already paying triple for some homebrand ones from bunnings, don't really want to pay extra for colours.
I love hex. Beats philips by a thousand miles.
Yet I still struggle more than I would expect with hex bits slipping or getting jammed.
having good quality hex bits like these helps alot with that problem
I've found these to not be the best for bicycle maintenance - the tapered interface tends to damage some of the higher torque bolts through repeated use by not distributing the load area.
Can also agree. Ended up slightly stripping an axle bolt with some Wera tools and it was a tool that came in their dedicated bicycle torque set. To be fair the bolt was aluminium but I was annoyed with myself.
I've been using the hexplus at work for years now and prefer them to the kinchrome set I had previously (regular hex profile). Just be aware that these ones have round shafts which makes the shaft a bit thicker (which very occasionally makes a difference when working on badly designed machines).
Back to $53.68?
That's so funny.
I saw it on $53.68 about 15 minutes ago, now it's $67.32
Yep, seems price is back to normal.
Yes, you are right. I saw it on $32.27, then $53.68 and now $67.32
Yes,…now it's back to $67
:-(shortest deal in history :(
Damnit, missed these! 😪
What does the ball-point do? Looks like gives you a bit more angle when reaching tight spaces but I'm guessing still allows for full and proper operation without the risk of slip? Great idea!
Sucks I missed this.. recently been trying to build 2 solid tool sets. (Fancy one I'll never touch 😅) and one for daily use. I guess the fancy one will be babied if I have a tough situation with the daily set.
Edit: I also couldn't help but notice..
Sound Level ‎1 dB
you can use them at an angle.
That's sick, in both ways.. 😅
Goes against all basic tool knowledge. 🤯 I have some weird habit to try and jiggle the allen key before putting pressure to reassure it's seated correctly (no play) and not going to strip my (used to be) shitty tools. 🤣

There ya go. That said good tools can make a huge difference in usability
missed it! :(
Thank you Amazon for the 53 seconds of buy window….
Here you go guys https://www.amazon.com.au/Wera-05133163001-L-key-Set-metric/…
I get that these Wera ones are much better quality and stainless, but these rounded ones from Bunnings for $12 haven't let me down in 6 years.
If you're not using them everyday, you probably don't need to spend any more than that.haha, i have that exact same set and yeah i agree. wera stuff is just so… nice to use
I moved from craftright to Wera for my casual bicycle maintenance, and it really helps to have confidence knowing you're not likely to round off any bolts on chinesium hardware thats often provided with parts. While you can definitely get around with Craftright, you can't go back once you're spoiled. I'm waiting on a set of T handles to go on sale now to replace my craftright T handles.
It's only after you ream out an important fastener that you wish you had used a better tool. Like a helmet, they all look the same…until you crash.
Since buying the Wera bit holding screwdriver and a set of Allen key screwdriver bits I can’t remember the last time I’ve used old school Allen key set. The grip and speed of a screwdriver wins every time imo. And when I need more power there’s always the t handle bit holder.
There are excellent.
