From the reviews I've seen, it doesn't reach as far as the Javelot Pro 2 but it does do well for up to 100ish meters so still good if you want to mount it to a rifle.

This is part of the bigger sale.

Also has the option of using the magnetic mount and remote controller.

  I really liked the Warrior 3S but ultimately sold it off.

  It's too large for me personally as an EDC (I prefer the Warrior Mini 2 and even this is probably a little too bulky for most people as an EDC option)
  and I prefer the Warrior X3 as a trailwalking/search light.

  Warrior 3S is in that awkward middle ground imo.

  Yeah, I am trying it out as a hunting light but find that the Javelot is better for distance and light colours. The Warrior works for a quick "illuminate and boom" type scenario, but you still need to be able to identify the animal which you can't in the dark.

  Still, I'm having a play and I'll definitely have more of an opinion after using it for a bit

    If you want something for hunting, the Armytek Predator Pro gets recommended quite often. I've never used one personally since I don't go hunting but might be worth looking into unless you're locked into the Olight ecosystem.

      Armytek do a lot to their lights internally to cope with weapons mounted usage.
