    I also tried buying this refurbished, it was broken out of the box and looked rusty, with tape marks and stuff

            @Jessie Ryder: Not always from my experience, although the odd is in the buyer's favour 90% of the time. My recent WH1000 XM5 headphone was in good working condition but definitely not brand new, had some usage marks and stunk of cigarette smell. A refurb Sony camera I bought in the past did not charge so I had to send back for repair.
            My advice is to factor in the risk in the Sony refurb price. For less than $30 difference to new (price match current TGG 20% off sale with Sony then buy with CR 8% cash back), I would not take that chance.

              Sony service is very tight ass, I'd always always try to avoid. I have never had a pleasant experience with them.

              Bose, top notch. I bought brand new QC35, it had clicking noise when there was a bump on the road during bus rides, they replaced it without any questions. I bought the set from another person who got it from government due to nose issues in his area, bridge construction. 😂 Lost interest in Bose and sold the replacement.

              Now I am using the B&O H9, it sucks. Bought a new XM5 just again.
