I don't think 16:9 monitors are generally curved, there are a few but they're an exception. That said I reckon a 32" might go alright curved.
Will a PC or laptop need better specs to handle 4k vs 2k screen? Not gaming
Not gaming? Nah, should be alright if you're already using a 2k monitor.
You need to look into this, I think HDMI 2 is required for 4K 60Hz
Good price, I've got 2 of these from a few years ago, were like $500+ back then. I use them as my main monitors.
Pros
- Good value for 32"
Cons
- When on standby, monitor keeps trying to find a source, so it randomly flashes and doesn't exactly stay dark
The latter issue could be related to your PC

You need take ebay plus offer DASO20 as OP mentioned above.
60hz?
Quite cheap! But I don't think it will be a great update from my LG 27' IPS. But for those without a monitor, this price is hard to beat
If we use the ebay plus code are we still eligible for cashback from topcashback , cashback app etc ?
So no USB-c display port and charging?
no usbc port on this model, its a 2020 model if i am not wrong
Still holding out for a 32" 4K that's 100Hz or more and cheap, waiting on Dell deal I guess.
is it good enough for admin work, Microsoft Office?
Thank you
Shame it's not curved, but a damn good price for a 31+ inch 4K monitor. Thanks OP.
