    And it appears to be a flatscreen too. Normally the argument for a flatscreen can be a professional use case but no professional is using 2560 x 1080 so this is a real swing and a miss from LG. It's cheap but it should be.

      Wrong.
      Flatscreen ultrawide is a good usecase for vertical alignment. 1080 height hardly matters for vertical workflows.

        Too tall for a vertical alignment. A curved screen is better for vertial alignment because when your focus goes up and down the distance from the screen is the same and the same-sized objects on the screen will be visually same sized, which is impossible with a flat screen.

          @alpln: 100% wrong.
          Your colors are badly washed out for a reason. Curves are meant to wrap around your field of vision to compensate for viewing angle image degredation. You are literally doing the opposite.

  If i need to connect to 2 VM of resolution 1920 x 1080 do I need a monitor that’s 3840 x 1080?
  Do such monitors exist? Which ones one’s are popular where this config is possible?

    You'll want something that's 32:9 but I can't think of any current monitors that are this aspect ratio.
    Samsung used to have a really large 48-50" monitor which was 3840x1080 but the pixels at that size are so large that I can't imagine it would look very good.

    I'd recommend just going with a larger 4K (3840 x 2160) screen and just using "Snap Layout" in Windows to configure which parts of the screen you want to go where. You could have the two VMs taking up the top half of the screen and the bottom half for your main display.

    It'll be easier to manage 2 FullHD screens for this purpose as OS is designed for snapping VM fullscreen to the physical monitor.

          @Click_It: Yeah it's better regardless. VA panels can be better for gaming with the lower latency. It's not only 3440 x 1440 resolution but also at 160 Hz. It's also Freesync Premium certified. A much higher resolution and a faster refresh rate. It's listed in the specs.

  I am looking for a good monitor that can be used for work from home purpose and gaming ( mainly Microsoft Flight Simulator ) . Work from home needs two monitors due to the nature of the work. Any recommendations ? Thanks

  2560 x 1080 resolution is actually called UWFHD. It would have been better with at least QHD. At this resolution with this monitor size you will notice the pixels.
