Hello everyone,

I am part of the team at Science Haircare Australia, and I have a deal for you.

You can save 40% on our hair Loss Shampoo Preventive Action with Adenosine from the Regular price of $34.95 down to $20.97.

I know it may still sound expensive, but it's not a simple shampoo; it is a product with Adenosine (quite an expensive ingredient) produced and tested by a well-known Italian branded company, us!

We have limited stock here in Australia before we make a new order that we want to sell off, and we know that we have a higher quality product than the competition.

So, if you are looking for a product to help with hair loss, please compare us with a similar product on the market and let us know about it.

You can find other benefits and ingredients on the product page: https://sciencehaircare.com.au/products/hair-loss-preventive…

If you have questions on the product, the deal, our brand or if you have any other interest in other products(including if you want better or different discounts), please comment here or contact me on OzBargain or email me at [email protected] or on our website sciencehaircare.com.au. I am here to help.

I hope you give it a try. Cheers!

Can you back your claims re effectiveness? Thanks

    • I too look forward to the randomized, double-blind controlled study on the efficacy of this product in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia.

    • Hi there,

I was looking for in House studies but could find it yet, I will ask someone if is that you are looking for.

But there already existing studies about the help of Adenoise products in the fight with Hair loss. Here some publication from .gov organization that may be interesting:

      https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24183218/

      https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9000365/

And of course there are more, but I will see if I can provide our own as well

  • Did you grow your hair's back ?

    • Hi,
Hair growth it's a complicated topic as it involves several factors, but Adenosine has been proven helpful for that purpose too; there are studies where compared to minoxidil, it has had a better and positive effect, but again I would suggest talking with a specialist and ask about the ingredients of our product can help your specific case, as it is a pharmaceutical help for hair loss.

I would suggest talking with a specialist

        A trichologist?

        • Yes, it would be a start and then direct you to other specialists if the root problem is a different one

    • This may be interesting for you too: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24183218/

      hello,
I am honestly not from the correct department to know exactly this, and I don't want to say something wrong, but I can ask to be sure this is what you refer to.
But we are an authorised reseller in Australia, so we are already fully compliant with local regulations as we are also selling to some smaller pharmacies at the moment.

@Lizard Spock: I am trying… I definitely notice after this time that I need to spend time planning how to post a deal here, but lesson learned and I appreciate everyone at least telling me what I got wrong so I can fix it.

  • it is a pharmaceutical product

WTF. False adverting. If you look at the ingredient list, Adenosine is not present in the shampoo.

The shampoo is mainly composed of water, sodium bicarbonate, urea and various plants extract. I wonder what will happen if I use this as a plant feed. Will urea help as a fertiliser and help in growth of the plant or the sodium bicarbonate will kill the plant? I don't think I will let this shampoo near any of my hairs. Hahaha

On serious note, this needs to be reported to TGA as the shampoo does not contain Adenosine

Here is the ingredient list from the website
“Ingredients Aqua (Magnetised Water), Sodium coceth sulfate, PEG-90 glyceryl isostearate, Maris sal, Sodium myreth sulfate, Dimethicone PEG-8 meadowfoamate, Hydrolyzed keratin, Hydrolyzed wheat protein, Achillea millefolium extract, Foeniculum vulgare seed extract, Humulus lupulus extract, Matricaria recutita flower oil, Melissa officinalis extract, Viscum album extract, Allantoin, Rhodocrosite, Laureth-2, Parfum, PEG/PPG-120/10 trimethylolpropane trioleate, PEG/PPG-14/4 dimethicone, Disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, Benzyl alcohol, Alcohol denat., Styrene/acrylates copolymer, Disodium EDTA, Sodium bicarbonate, Urea, Salicylic acid, Glycerin, Sorbic acid, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin”

It's because its listed in the Key Ingredients section…

      • The whole point of ingredients list is to list all the ingredients that is present in the product. You just can’t list the ingredients over the bottle.
I don’t think it adheres as per Cosmetic Labelling Australia ASCC

        • The ingredient its listed on the website and on the product page, I will ask someone to add it a second time to the list of ingredients as well, definitely only helps more.

        • Hi SteveD,

I wanted to let you that we adjusted and added Adenosine to the list as well, so it will be in both sections. I apologise for any confusion created.
