Advice on Sites for Selling iPhone

Hi,

I'm hopeful someone may have some advice using the sites listed below. Any help is appreciated.

https://mobilemonster.com.au/
https://sell.ozmobiles.com.au/
https://sell.reebelo.com.au/
https://sellyourmobile.com.au/

Sorry if this is covered somewhere else but I couldn't seem to find it.

Cheers

    Mobilemonster seems alright

    • Did they give you a good valuation?

If you have the riz try Facebook or Gumtree and go trench warfare with the haggling or scamming masses. But if you dislike people then mobile monster is fine (take photos before sending).

Thanks for the pointers, FB and Gumtree are a toilet that I'll avoid at close to all costs.

      riz

Gonna need more than riz - it straight up feel like for even $1000 sales now need a team of backup with you (wheel man, two sniper/spotter, Batman, bomb guy, martial art master, @jv, Scarlett johansson) after craziness such as this recent case - frfr no cap.

LOL as much as it sucks to have been scammed, the Avalon they were in is probably worth less than the phone they got scammed for

        • Oi mate that's an Australian icon, Avalon drive and you'll never turn back

    • Having the smoothest tongue; talking the baddest guy/girl up to whatever you want; a gold mouthpiece https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Riz

  • I’ve used MobileMonster and Reebelo before, just go with whoever pays the most BUT also check what you’ll get if they bump you down a rung before you tick the box for ‘pay me anyway’

  • MobileMonster should be fine if they give you a good valuation.

  • Anyone used webuyback.com.au before? They seems to offer higher price AND higher scores on TrustPilot.

If you are in Melbourne you can drop your phone off at Mobile Monster. Saves posting it in and back.

We used them with our phone that had been in covers and a screen protector from new. We left it with the lady at the front desk and she said it looked fine,

We got a message back that they thought the phone was good condition rather than excellent because there were scratches on it. We asked for them to send us photos to show the scratches; they then said because the receptionist had said it was fine they would give us the excellent price.

Even given all that I would, still, use them again because the prices were good and I could drop it off rather than post it. However, I would take a video of the entire phone to look for any imperfections. It gives you proof if they raise condition issues.
