Low price on this WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 PCIe adapter if you're looking to upgrade a PC with WiFi/BT capability - especially those cheap SFF PCs shared recently. While it's no Fenvi it's pretty much the same as their other models as it uses the same Intel AX210 chipset under the heatsink.

This one has tri-band support for 2.4GHz (600Mbps), 5GHz (1200Mbps) and 6GHz (1200Mbps), 2x 5dBi antennas, OFDMA and MU-MIMO. A USB header cable for Bluetooth and both a standard and low profile bracket are included.

AU$ based on current Mastercard rate at time of posting.

  • Expired for me

    • Still working for me.

      • When i click through and try to pay it fails and says "discount no longer available" and changes price to $29

        • Are you using a VPN? Or purchased from the same store today?

Nice - cant wait for BE200 / 202 chips with WIFI 7, though not many routers there.

    • +1

They're jumping ahead too fast. Let everyone catch up to WiFi 6/6E first.

      • I mean, the standards are going to continue to progress regardless.

But I get your point - Wifi 6e routers in particular are few in number and very expensive. Though Wifi 6 routers have been relatively cheap/accessible for a while. Wifi 6 seems to be the current standard for phones, laptops, consoles etc. I'd be surprised if Wifi 6e is adopted en masse before Wifi 7 gets a stronger footing.

Thought you were offline this month @clear. Don’t burn yourself out. We need you fresh for 11/11.

    • November is when I'll be offline a lot. 11/11 I'll be less active.

      • Hope you have a good break.

How is this compared a expensive brand like asus etc

    • +3

Very little difference in reality. Brands like Asus will be using the same underlying Intel chips on their PCI-E cards, motherboards etc. So performance/stability etc should be the same.

    • +1

For most people, probably no real difference.

Branded ones have better packaging and better quality control (some might have slightly better antennas). Even for Fenvi, I did get one where one of the antennas seems a bit loose inside.

My main concern with this one is 2 comments indicated bluetooth not working properly.

  • If it's no Fenvi, why wouldn't you go with one of these instead?

I don't know the difference between these two, but they're both Fenvi and both cheaper than the Dbit deal.

    • for the same specs… um no they are not cheaper… what? the second one u linked is $30? and the first one is slower. with bluetooth 4 rather than 5 and its not wifi 6 ( probs not even intel chip). to get the same specs its about $36

    • +1

First one you linked is US$17.41 and the second one US$20.74. Unless of course you're looking at the once off new user discount where the first is US$11.36 and the second is US$14.13.

Both of which are better due to faster speeds on the 5GHz and 6GHz bands.

      • Thanks, I've never bought from AliExpress before so it must have been the new user discount confusing me.

Not sure why the new user discount doesn't show up (as much?) for the Dbit deal which is $21.33 for me.

        • +1

There's some code in the URL that overrides discounts. This link will show you the new user price.

Just wondering does it support Bluetooth? I don't have Bluetooth in my desktop.

    • +1

      Seriously?

    • -1

nah mate , just the wifi.

my desktop was the same - no bluetooth - and I wanted to connect my headphones for music.

I bought one of these dongles for ~$3 delivered. (warning - delivery time is 8 weeks for this seller)

      has a 10 metre range.

      faster delivery options:
      ~ 3weeks - ~$3.30 delivered
      ~ 3weeks - ~$4 delivered

      • This wifi card has Bluetooth also. It’s in the title.

        • f*&k me, how did I miss that?!!?

    Customs clearance unsuccessful

    Hi *****,
Your order ******************** has been temporarily delayed due to unsuccessful customs clearance. This could have happened for a number of reasons. AliExpress works closely with our logistics partners to ensure your package arrives on time. Please click below to view more details regarding your order.

Is this just a dodgy way for them to dishonour their "15 day guaranteed" shipping?

    • This happens from time to time. Normally it's not much of an issue and will clear in a couple of days.

There's no actual 15 day delivery guarantee. Just a US$1 coupon for late delivery.

Would this be ideal to add Wifi to a Motherboard that doesn't have built-in Wifi? Looking at getting a new AM5 motherboard and some options will need this.
