Similar to a deal that was posted a week ago, it's now back on.
Great price considering it's recently released.

Mostly identical to the QCII but with improved wing design for better fit/stability as well as the introduction of immersive spatial audio. Probably not worth an upgrade if you already have the QCII, but for someone like me that's been using a 10 year old Sennheiser headphone, this is a great deal.
The noise cancellation is a lot better too. They were already great, but these add another level of quiet. I think I saw a video where the II blocked 60dB and the Ultra's block 65dB.
I find it quite noticeable.
From Bose Product Page
What are the differences between QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds and their predecessor, QuietComfort Earbuds II?
QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds offer all the same features as their predecessor, QuietComfort Earbuds II, plus breakthrough Bose Immersive Audio and the addition of Immersive Audio settings for Custom Modes. Other new features include Snapdragon Sound certification, using hi-res audio and low latency codec, Qualcomm aptX Adaptive, and Google Fast Pair. QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds also feature a new metallic finish on earbuds, as well as a new notch/key alignment feature for stability bands that makes them easier to swap in and out.
If only Officeworks sold them :(
lol
Ill wait and see how my $10 Amazon Echo Buds work
Don’t forget Woolworths currently has 10% bonus value for Myer Gift Cards
Is this the one that has no multi point audio?
No multipoint.
Do these actually fit properly in most peoples ears? I would assume so given the price?
I just have never ever worn a pair of these 'fitted' buds that don't pop out, especially when walking, so I've given up. Maybe I just have weird ears?
These are the best fitting buds I've used and I have difficult ears like you. I run with these with no problems.
They don't need to be fully inserted into your ear canal and it relies on the wingtips to stabilise fit.
How would these compare to Sony XM5s
Wish the discount is on QC Ultra headphones too 😅.
Looks like they are

Just noting there's a bit of chat on another certain internet forum about 'buzzing' / 'interference' being experienced in one of the buds + flaky connectivity. Also no BT multipoint wtf?
YMMV, but don't rely solely on Bose collected reviews on the Myer page
Got mine yesterday. Can confirm there is a 'buzzing', though it's more like a faint hissy white noise for me. I don't mind it, it's quite relaxing. But can see that could be an annoying issue for some people. Connectivity has been good so far.
Thanks for the update!
Just got mine, there's definite buzzing on the left earbud. Very annoying, you can hear it when silent + when listening to podcasts. No issues with connectivity.
I'll be going back to ask for a replacement tomorrow.
Got a pair of this yesterday, except the Immersive Audio can't see any difference between this and QC EB II.
Got it price match from JB.
Does yours have any buzzing/cracking static or white noise on the left bud?
Hi nothing wrong with mine.
Only problem is sometime couldn't connect to the Bose app, believe its a known issue
My replacement has the same buzzing on the left it turns out.
For connection issues, you need to disconnect the buds from the phone entirely (in BT settings and all). Then reconnect from the app, not the phone settings, that's what worked for me.
Edit: make sure Nearby Devices permission is granted as well, they didn't program in a check/request for that oddly
@troybokpulk: Yes i did turn off Bluetooth (it will disconnect the earbuds), clean or clear the phone memory. Also repeat above steps plus put the buds back to case still won't connect through the app.
But the app only need for setup or configure, dont require anymore if im using it after.
Anyone know the difference with the new ones. Hope theyre louder.
