  @coffeeguy - any recipes with C40 for v60 and Aeropress?

    Hi SAU,

    It should be around 30 clicks for V60. 15g of coffee, 30g of water for 30secs bloom, 80g pour, then 70g then 70g (Total 250g). Keep the water on top to avoid pouring directly to the coffee bed. Water temp 90-92C.

    Its perfectly normal to blend for filter. You can use 2 single origins with different properties blended. Doubt it will have a cupping score but Matt Winton did it at the competition

    We use Ethiopian Washed and Natural for this blend.
    That way, we can deliver the consistent flavour note to everyday coffee drinker.
    Everybody loves Ethiopian coffee, right?

    In terms of flavour note, they provide clean juicy acidity and tropical fruit sweetness and body. We love it!
