seems to indicate this is a 4000mts kit that's been mislabelled as 7600mts
More likely to be user error. Either didn't enable XMP/EXPO in the BIOS or installed them in the wrong slots. Common issue.
There are a couple of negative reviews in foreign languages (la velocità indicata non come descritta 4000 invece in descrizione 7600) which seems to indicate this is a 4000mts kit that's been mislabelled as 7600mts. If you buy this, be sure to check the packaging clearly to see the specs before breaking the seal.
