Sign up and you get a free coffee/ Cold Rock Ice Cream kiddies size (I can only see Cold Rock Randwick is using it). You can use this app (downloadable on App Store or Google Play) to order coffee or ice cream online from your nearby store.

But there are a few things worth mentioning:
You have to load a minimum of $25 into your account, which you can use to order coffee from your cafes.
Limited amount of cafes at the moment.

  so do you have to load $25 onto a card ad get a free kiddie size icecream worth like $3 ?

    you load $25 which you can use to buy coffee or ice cream online (or anything from the menu I guess).
    so if you are buying coffee from a particular store regularly, using this app will enable you to order the same thing online without needing to queue. it is good for those who will use the app to buy coffee online of course, not for those who dont use it frequently.
    last time I got the free cold rock ice cream , it saved me $7 as I got 2 mix-ins free as well.

  Most cafes who use Beattheq have little flyers with a promo code for a free coffee on them in their shop. Campos @ Newtown as well as Circa in Parramatta both use it.
  Also, the Credit Card topup is $25, but for some reason Credit Card via Paypal is only $20. Still not a bad deal for signing up, but if you prefer coffee to Ice cream go in to one of the cafes and grab a flyer instead.
  Also, I'm not sure if it was a special time limited promo, but I got my (7th? 8th?) coffee free automatically too

    yes you need to enter the promo code for the free coffee or ice cream from the flyers they have in the store. I reckon it is really good if your regular coffee shop use this you just order on your way there, by the time you reach there, it is ready to go. fast and easy
