ShopBack reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions, and terminate the offers at any time without prior notice.

    Well that's reassuring

This clause is in all Shopback promos, it's nothing new.

    • Typical ShopBack, promise and not honour.

    $10 Spend on Breadtop

    Too many carbs….

  • +1

They so expansive, $10 can't even buy 2 pieces

    • +1

Expensive? Yes. Expansive- don't think so…

    • +2

      $10.50 is 3 pieces…

Does this have the same condition as dine-in restaurants, where you need to return to a second purchase at the same restaurant to get the cashback from the first dine-in?

    • Yes

      • I didn't think so because the requirement was "one or across multiple transactions". Also doesn't mention that the regular pending cashback must be confirmed.

    • +1

The normal in-store 5% cashback has that condition, this promo part does not (you get the bonus $2 without a returning visit).

Used to be good value, not worth anymore

carbs also include service fees 1.5%. minimal $10.15

    Overpriced carbs

Sad seeing breadtop in knox westfield at end of day throwing all leftovers in the bin:(

    • +2

So stupid. Just give it to the homeless.

  • +7

Service fee + you only get the cashback confirmed upon subsequent use at the same shop within 3 months or so.

Shopback deliberately never mention any such & I don't like it.

    • +2

Agreed, it's a pretty useless model unless it happens to be for a place that you already visit regularly. I lost interest as soon as I read that.

      • Agreed, went to Sydney and used the shopback QR code for 20% off. Cashback denied 3 months after cause I didn’t go back there again (duh cause I was on holidays). It didn’t say clearly at checkout that you had to be back….

Even with this discount, it's still expensive, not to mention the hassles involved. breadtop thinks they are the rolls royce of Asian bakeries, but they are not.

  • $2 is not a lot of dough?
