  Released sept 2020. Unless you need the battery life for a long triathlon, the 255s is a better option. Far better screen, and far newer meaning that garmin will update if for a lot longer. No deal for me.

      the 700 series has a smaller battery than the 900 (200 and 600). if you were going to spend 400, buy a 200 series. if you need multi-sport, buy a 900 series

    One reason it's still relevant: 745 is a middle size between the s and non-s versions. But the RRP still being $899 is ridiculous, $400 should be the normal price.
