  • Any china?

    • Hello - unfortunately not for this sale sorry!

      -Anton

  • Shame their isnt a 50gb option like some others offer.

    • Hello which 50GB plan are you looking for? we have the widest range of products in the Australian market, we are continuing to expand our offerings and 50GB is definitely on our radar :)

      -Anton

      • I have a month-long trip at the end of Nov to Japan. The 30gb each won't cover my & my friend's needs, unfortunately. We were going to go with sim card geek (as they offer 50GB) but are still undecided. Thanks for getting back to me though!

  • Currently using the esim option here in South Korea. Working great thanks op!

Any deals for Taiwan as I’ll be heading there next year?

    • Thanks for the support!

Stay tune for our next deal :)

  • When i clicked any southeast asia explorer 8 eSim, its all out of stock??

    • +1

Hello - we will check this out and fix it within 5 minutes

      Update: fixed now.

      -Anton

  • What does ‘billing activation date’ means at checkout ? Can i add a random date?

    • If your SIM does not require activation date - this date is irrelevant and used for delivery tracking purposes.

      -Anton

  • Do you have combined South Korea and Japan?

    • The Asia 12 Explorer SIM does Japan and Korea however it is not part of this sale.

      -Anton

  • South Korea sounds alright…

Wouldn't it be cheaper to buy direct once you land though?

    • Depends on your preference we offer the convinience having the SIM / eSIM before hand and get connected as soon as you land.

We also have a fast customer support ready to troubleshoot any issues :)

  • Which card suits Japan? November?

    • Hello, we have a wide range of Japan eSIM and SIMs - do you have a specific requirement such as number of days, GB, and whether you want eSIM / Physical?

      -Anton

  • Question about the Telkomsel Indonesia 24GB sim. I went to go buy, but it says it expires on 31/10/23. We arrive in Bali on 7/11 for a week. Do you think it would be acceptable to put the activation date as 31/10 as we don’t need the full 30 days?

    • Good question - I will come back to you on this one.

      -Anton

      • Hey Anton, any updates yet?

        • Hello yes we can activate the SIM on 30 or 31 October so you can use it up until 30 November :)

    • Hello we have checked this on our end and there seems to be no problem from our side - can you tell us what issue are you encountering?

      -Anton

      • This page doesn't seem to exist.
It looks like the link pointing here was faulty. Maybe try searching?

      • If u do search for

        • Heya! Sorry you were right, the link was incorrect, we have fixed it now.

  • Hello Anton,
Do you know when your next sale for Japan, china, HK, Vietnam is?

For OZBer going to Japan, I usually buy this sim card when I stay there for a few weeks
    https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B09BFVFRR9/
    2190 JPY/30 days/ 10GB
It's more than enough as long as you don't watch/upload videos or update apps.
Speed is great in cities but a little bit slow in country areas. (~15Mbps)

Depending on which airport I lands, I may choose from pick it up from a Lawson at the airport,
or just put my hotel address and check in date there.

    • Hello!

If you have eSIM compatible phone, we actually have a very good value 30 Days 10GB Japan IIJ eSIM for only $24 vs ~$23 AUD from your link.

Difference is you can get the eSIM and get connected as soon as you land.

Our physical SIM for Japan also support all three major networks (Softbank / KDDI / NTT Docomo) just something to consider :)

      -Anton

      • Oops sorry, typo in my above comment.
        It's a 180 days sim for 2190 JPY /10GB
which is something you don't offer unfortunately.
        Good for 5-8 weeks.

        • I see that would be good option for people who travel more 30 days :)

Most of our customers are there for holiday for up to 30 days.

          -Anton

      • Hi Anton - can you please send me the link for this - when I search your website it seems to be $39 for the Japan 30day eSIM
        Thanks

        • Sure thing here is the link

Note the IIJ eSIM may require manual Access Point Name (APN) input.

          -Anton

  • Hi Anton,
How come you guys don't include 5G on SK Telecom for your South Korean eSIM plans?

    • It is dependent on the carrier we work with - currently this is not being offered.

I would imagine this will come online soon.

      -Anton

      • No worries. We currently use another provider which is similarly priced but includes SK Telecoms 5g. Would love to use an Aussie company instead so let us know if/when that changes.

  • Thanks guys.
I ordered physical sim instead on esim.
I contacted them outside business hours. Its 12am in Vic. Not only I got an immediate response but my request for esim was resolved within 5 mins.

    • Thank you for your kind words :)

We pride ourselves for providing the best customer support and services around the clock - we know it is especially important to have human customer support and we can proudly say we respond to most queries within minutes!

      -Anton

  • Hi OP - the Thailand esim you’ve listed is $25*0.75 = $17.5 on your website rather than the $14.25 you’ve got above. Which is correct?

    • Apologies for the oversight - it should be $18.75.

This has been updated in the table.

      -Anton

  • Would I be able to activate the esim before I reach the destination?

    • Depends which one you buy but generally yes you can

      -Anton

  • Used their sim in Bali and it worked great! No issues at all with activating or reception throughout our trip

    • Thanks for the support 😊

      -Anton

  • Can you pls confirm if & when do you expect more stock for your Vinaphone Vietnam ESIM | 3GB / Day | Voice | 10 Days eSIMs to be available? Will be travelling to Vietnam in Dec and wanted a service with a local Vietnam number & this plan of yours would be ideal.

    • Hello currently there is an issue with the Vietnam eSIM so we stopped selling it until it is resolve. Unfortunately there is no timeframe yet.

      -Anton

  • Got it for my next trip to S. Korea. Thanks!

    • Thanks for the support!

      -Anton

  • The listing above shows the 15 Day SK physical sims as having an expiry date of 31/10/24. When I go to the webpage via the link, the expiry is still showing expiry of 31/12/23. Which is correct? I've been waiting for the new batch to come through for a trip in March next year. Which date is correct, the one listed above or the one on the website?

Also, we are going to be in SK for exactly 15 days, arriving mid evening on day 1 and departing late evening on day 15, so the click over time for when a day starts and ends can be important. CHT seems to be the operator, so what are their rules? Is a day a full 24 hours from activation, or is there a fixed time (what time and timezone) where a new day starts?

We would be getting 2 sims, so would we need to activate one on landing and the second on day 2 to ensure we had coverage on at least 1 phone from arrival to departure? Sorry for the questions, but couldn't find the answers on the website.

Just as an side comment, we recently bought another pair of sims (30 day SEA6, so also CHT) from you for a trip in a couple of weeks time, changing from our previous provider, so we will be interested in how we go!

    • Hello the 15 days SK physical SIM expiry is 31 October 2024 so you are good to go!

The day is based on natural day not 24 hours, so arriving at noon will mean that is day 1 (until midnight).

      Hope this answer your question

      -Anton

      • Thanks for the reply.

So day 1 ends (effectively) at 23:59:59 on the day of activation, but what time zone? Is it local time for the country you happen to be in (SK in this case - GMT +9) or Australia - GMT +10, or Taiwan GMT +8 (as CHT is the provider in this case)?

        • It will be CHT time zone which is same as Perth GMT +8

          -Anton

          • @TravelKon: Thanks…..Apologies, I forgot you guys are in Perth. I didn't mean to excise half of the continent……

  • Thank you so much.

Purchased 2 x Japan sim last months for upcoming trip and now got Korean sim for Dad who will be travelling next months :)
    Any upcoming deal for Europe?

Also used within 180 days means from the order date correct?

    • Thanks for the support!

Yes 180 days means from the order date.

Currently no deals for Europe 😅

      -Anton

  • No Phillipines?

    • Unfortunately not at this time.

      -Anton

  • I'm looking to buy the Physical SIM Southeast Asia Explore 6 (15 days) for my parents. Does the 'Activation date' field on the checkout page need to be exact? They will be in Singapore and Thailand for 14 days so I don't want to activate too early. E.g. if they're arriving in Singapore on 2 Oct, do I enter 1 Oct as the Activation Date, or can I enter any earlier date?

    • Hello only certain SIMs require “manual activation” - for the Southeast Asia Explorer it does not require activation and the activation date is only used for delivery purposes.

      -Anton

  • Hey rep what's the difference between the Japan esim for IIJ network vs the KDDI one? Am I correct in assuming the IIJ is not as extensive given it seems to be cheaper?

    • We only sell two types of Japan SIMs - IIJ or normal “Japan eSIM” which support three network operators KDDI / Softbank / NTT Docomo.

The normal “Japan eSIM” has more coverage due to the three network being available, however IIJ is more than fine if you are travelling in the main cities.

Just a side note the IIJ may require manual access point names (APN) input whereas the trio combo the APN is automatic.

      -Anton

  • Hey! Just wondering what would be the approximate delivery time to Sydney CBD? I'll be leaving to Korea in about two weeks so this is perfect timing if delivery works out :)

    Thanks!

    • Hello! Should still be ok!

Normal post takes 5-7 business days, priority 4-5 business days and express 2-4 business days.

      -Anton

      • Thanks so much for the quick response!

  • Can I transfer an activated eSim from one phone to another?

    • Generally no but it depends on the eSIM.

      -Anton

  • Anything for Taiwan?

    • Not for this sale unfortunately

      -Anton

  • Hi rep, I purchased the 50GB Thailand esim yesterday and it's been over 24 hours and still nothing in my email. Can you please assist?

    • +1

      Hello! thanks for the support.

We are working hard on sending all the physical SIMs, since the DTAC eSIM is a manual sent there is a slight delay, it will be sent today.

We have checked all the travel date for the Thailand eSIM and none was urgent.

      -Anton

  • Hello OP,
    Thank you for posting

I am travelling to NZ in March, 5 days of travel, I have an iPhone 14 (so can do e sim) I would like 10GB of data - what is best you think?

    Thank you

    • We have eSIM specifically for NZ on our website 30 days 5GB and 10GB let me know if you can't find it.

      -Anton

      • Not on sale?

  • Hi OP, just to confirm, the expiry date is the latest day for activation, is that correct? So if I activate the 30 days South Korea SIM on 15 Dec it will be valid until 14 Jan?

    Thanks!

    • Hello you are 1 day off it would be valid until 13 Jan. Please note 15 Dec is counted as day 1 and they are 31 days in December.

      -Anton

      • You're right, but also confirmed that it will be active until January, past the expiration date. Thanks!

        • Yes it will as long as it is activated by 31 December :)

          -Anton

  • Hi OP, just folllowing on from the above comment re: expiry date

I will be in Bali during mid-late November, so I can purchase and pre-activate the Telkomsel 30 days on 31/10 and use it without issue?

    • Yes as long as you enter the travel date as 31 October, just note the SIM will be activated and only work until 30 November.

      -Anton

  • Any particular reason why the Vietnam 20 Days sim expires by the end of 2023? Most of the others expire end of 2024.

Heading to Vietnam late Jan/early Feb 2024, when will sims for that timeframe be released?
