Up to 50% on selected products. Received a notification on my phone which redirected me to a vounher I used to buy the galaxy watch 5 pro. The voucher took 50% of all watches. I also used $50 off your next purchase voucher and got it for $400

  You can regularly find the watch 5 pro on eBay, still boxed, for $320-$400. Apparently it's a very common unwanted gift.

      i'm not sure, this is my first smartwatch, other than an el cheapo from kogan years ago. Ive only bought new so far. I paid $400 for my galaxy watch 5 pro. I guess used would be fine as long as they've cared for it, and it isnt all scratched. If you get a newish model, then it's likely the battery will be in better nick

  I've made an email complaint to Samsung, this promotion was totally misleading. They advertised products as 50% off knowing well they had no stock online, I know because I've been checking regularly.

  Secondly, the T&Cs of the promotion mention nothing about a limited number of vouchers either.

  I referenced an ACCC link on misleading consumers however im getting the same vague and rubbish response from the offshore team.

  Is it time to raise a case with ACCC?

    Agree.It is just a clickbait to get you to go to to the Samsung Web Site I feel. Also the 50% is off the maximum RRP and so it is not 50% off the current discounted prices.
