Few Questions about PlayStation

Hi all,

Just copped myself a PS5 for $576 at JB using discounted Ultimate gift cards. I have never owned a Playstation before and I just have a few questions.

  1. Can you purchase other region game keys online and redeem them through PS using a VPN? (Xbox allows this through their website)
  2. Is there any methods to getting cheap PS Plus such as the recent Game Pass deals? (I know there was a price increase but silly me thought I would never get a PS5)
  3. Is there anything I should do to not get mugged while leaving JB with my click and collect PS5 tomorrow morning?

    2- there was a decent discount at which seems to happen annually. I stocked up for quite a few years so I wouldn't be caught buying at full price again https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/777911

    Given the price hike in Turkey PS store, it makes the hoops to get there a lot less appealing. Depending on what route you take, you might actually come out negative after fees.

      How much did they increase the prices? I know that Valve did the same thing on Steam with their pricing.

    Where are you picking it up from? I wouldn't have thought daytime muggings for PS5s are a thing, but maybe I'm living in a sheltered bubble?
