Market price is $30 to $40, so this is very cheap for branded PBT shine-through keycaps, or really, any keycaps for your keyboard. Some sets come with a coiled USB-C cable (which by most accounts is not very good. but hey, free cable).
As for specifics, these sets come with keys for the 1.25u/1.25u/1.25u/6.25u standard bottom row plus additional keys for the 1.5u/1u/1.5u/6u … etc. bottom row (the so-called Razer bottom row) which is uncommon to find in replacement sets.

OEM profile
Comes with a set of optical and costar style stabs. (Which you likely won't be using unless you are replacing keycaps on a razer keyboard and then proceed to destroy the existing stabs somehow)
From what I can gather, the shine-through intensity may vary between keys, and it may shine fairly quickly for PBT. (Well they all do eventually, even real GMK)
No shine-through for the sub-legends, and you'll have to remap to match your board.
