The Nitro 5 was so much better for the same money.

I would just avoid the RTX3000 series from now on unless it was an S-tier bargain.
Managed to snag this and it is awesome
I love mine too. Such a bargain for $1.1k
The Nitro 16 Ryzen 5 7640HS (Zen 4) is $1797 now. Got mine for $1097 its still in the box haven't opened it yet.
Was so bummed I missed this. Had been looking everyday for deals and just forgot a couple of days and missed this.
Search "nitro", and then click on the "Create Alert". You'll get notified next time a deal mentions the word "nitro" in it.
This is an old model with a weak gpu and avg cpu.
That 3050 really showed its limitation in lots of AAA games with the limited 4GB VRAM. CPU ain't too bad but it is still one gen away but 12th gen and 13th gen did not differ too much in terms of efficiency but yeah that GPU will hold the system back big time.
Yeah at least with an rtx 4050 you would have DLSS 3.5 and frame gen. This is very hamstrung.
https://shorturl.at/ikpv9 Yep, like this for under $1000 with eBay plus.
The laptop you mention is a good one. But will it last for 3/4 years? Battery life may be 3/4 hours.
No deal. The newer model with i5-13420H, 4050 6GB, QHD 165hz display is currently $1280 with 14% cashback. AMD variant also available for $1350 after cashback.
14% turned into 3.5% a few minutes back …
There's an upsized cashback almost every fortnight.
Not cheap. Regardless of brand name any computer, laptop, mobile phone etc over $250 is expensive. They are mass production and costs 40-50 bucks or so each.
You do realise that the the cost of production for tech items amounts to more than just the bill of parts, don't you?
Stop getting bent out of shape assuming every deal is a ripoff just because everyone else isn't content to swill on the same $3 wine and sub-$250 laptop that foats your boat…
I agree. I was ready and willing to buy a maxed out Lenovo Legion 9 the other day so I moved $250 into my account. Imagine my shock when my card got declined!
