Hows this compare to Athletic Greens.

    • I'd like to know this too!

This is the most similar to Athletic Greens - without the environmental damage of individual sachets
      https://www.coles.com.au/product/life-botanics-vitality-gree…

      • A lot cheaper thats for sure. I always figured nothing comes close to AG1.

      • Not tried the life botanics greens powder but the red is so bad it's undrinkable. Extremely strong artificial sweetener flavour :(

    • They are not comparable. AG has 75 ingredients and is about $4-5 per serving. Definitely a more premium product.

The one linked above from Coles looks good though and at $20 for 30 servings it makes it far cheaper.

      • For AG1, the premium part is just the "social media"-fluencer cost.

The travel packs - individual sachets will cost more than the ingredients…

  • How does it compare to pineapple kush?

  • How many servings per tub?

    • Site says 5g per serve, so 24 serves per tub

  • How does this compare to lawn?

  • Anyone know, what is the BEST supplement for constipation? When I said The BEST, I really mean THE BEST, please. Thank you in advance.

    • Give magnesium a try.

    • Try Metamucil or there is a Coles branded one that I have tried and it works quite well and tastes suspiciously the same as Metamucil - prob same product and different packaging

      https://www.coles.com.au/product/coles-gut-health-fibre-supp…

Magnesium is mainly used to alleviate muscle cramps - not really for constipation

      • Magnesium draws water into the bowel. Trust me, you know if you've had a bit too much.

Also, if one is constipated, and you send down more fibre, it can actually make it worse.

    • I can't asnwer that question, but it's certainly NOT THE BEST idea to look for medical advice on a forum of tight asses like this…
