Sounds like my kitchen aid kettle. W
Noticed that with the demo unit in store. Also noticed the cheap crappy plastic bottom on the kettle too. Can't believe they were charging so much for the kettle
Does it always open when you push the button down and forward? I've read many reviews saying it's hit-and-miss.
It's really temperamental. I'm used to it now, but it sucks. Definitely form over function
Toaster is fine. No issues
Yeah, ever since I figured it out, I've never had a problem opening it.
Any particular reason that kettle worths that much?
Because manufacturers are taking the piss. Literally it has one job, to boil water.
LED lighting. I recommend you wait for next year's highly anticipated model with ARGB & Sync. It will be announced real soon now at Sunbeam Universe Consumer Kitchenware & Electrical Retailers Show 2023 (aka SUCKERS 2023).
Good guys purchase is the way to go. 6% cashback on gift cards. Then 3% in store. Adds another 10% off essentially. Great post OP
TIL 6+3 = 10… essentially
Very ugly colour, but good deal. Needed a toaster.
I have a dream that one day toasters will not be judged by their colour, but the quality of their toasting
And what can you tell me about this toaster? Keep dreaming for quality or buy it and make my dream come true
They tried, and it was actually sunbeam making the radiant toaster… can’t get anymore
I share the same dream and hope that one day these kettles will have a body, to be called the Kettle and Toaster Voice.
ie. judged by the colour of the toast they make
I've got this kettle.
When opening the lid, you need to push the button down and forward to open it.
When pushing straight down on the button, it doesn't release the catch properly.
