when buying an apple watch from gumtree/marketplace whatever, is there any pitfalls to look out for (besides making sure its been removed from icloud)?
eg; when you buy a phone, the seller can claim that its been stolen and get the imei blocked

Also, I absolutely LOVE the apple marketing stuff. "Best iphone ever" , "brightest iwatch screen". They always compare against themselves, not the industry.
But it means so much to me that the phone I'm buying in 2023 will be carbon neutral in 7 years! /s
Such a horrible year for them. The 15 Pro has a button (gasp!), the 15 still doesn't have a 120hz display and the watch has the same battery life and no new health features. Their announcement page has how much faster USB3 is than USB2, like it's 2016 or something.

I never transfer by cable given that I have wifi 6, but it's crazy that a phone starting at $1499 has usb 2. It shouldn't even be a discussion.

They took the 13" Macbook Air and released a 15" version of it. Powerful stuff.
I'm calling it now, 2025 they'll release a Vision Air with cheaper components and I'm glad they have the courage to do so.

One key problem with the A17 Pro though is the wait for games. Previous years Apple would have had someone from Ubisoft or whoever walk out on stage and explain how they've got games available at launch that can take advantage of this new hardware. To be fair, Qualcomm screwed this up as well, they introduced ray tracing and it fell with a thud because no one is implementing it.
If Apple stick that chip in an Apple TV for sub $300 I'll be excited. Until then, I'll hold off on the applause. Simply announcing it does ray tracing doesn't make a good product - everyone who owns a 3060 knows that.

Why do you want to do that? The 15 Pro and 14 Pro have the same level of clout so it won't be a flex. Heck, even a 11 Pro has more clout than a 15 base.
