      To be fair, $25-27 is pretty much the standard box price for craft beer deliveries from Vic to WA.

      Whilst it likely does kill any 'deal' for those in the West, these guys certainly aren't gouging (or any moreso than other craft beer shops, anyway).

    Some nice craft beers amongst that pack.

    Those twelve would retail for about $50-55 so it's a pretty solid deal for those of us in Victoria.

          Great to see someone has accepted our challenge.

          One of the great things about our Beer Sample Pack is that it is a mixed 12 pack so you get to sample 12 different beers. In the packs there you have linked you would only get to sample 4 different beers!

          Also its probably pushing the definition of Craft Beer with products such as James Squires(owned by Lion) and Matilda Bay(owned by Fosters).

          Feel free to keep trying as the challenge is still open :)

          This deal is like MBC (Micro Beer Club) deal except theirs is on a subscription base plus they have cheaper shipping.
          If you get their $49.95 monthly pack and ship it to melb it'll only cost you $10. To Tassie it's $20 which is $5 cheaper than the $25 you guys offer. Plus you get 6 different beers but 12 overall so that is 2 of each of which is kinda better cause sometimes only having 1 beer to sample doesn't make it easy to make up your mind if you like it or not.

          Again as you point out below that deal doesn't factor in the 30% OFF offer available from us right here so our deal is still a better offer. However if you wanted to get 2 of each beer to try why not snap up two of these deals and of course the shipping rate is the same for one or two packs.

        I bought a Little Creatures All Sorts 8 ($25) and the Matilda Bay($23) (they had run out of The craft beer gift pack pack for my father last week from DM. Does that count? I realise Matilda Bay is owned by Fosters and the quantities are lower.

    The selection of beers is good, and perhaps there is a market somewhere (possibly regional areas) for a delivered pack of craft brew beers… but, nowadays even BWS/Woolies liquor/my corner store sell a reasonable range of craft beers at a comparable price - then add the cost (and wait time) for delivery = there is no bargain here for me.

    Unfortunately most people still think Fat Yak is craft beer! If your in Melbourne there are a handful of bottleshops which offer real craft beer for between $4.50-$8.00 a bottle If you do the math the Beer Boys deal is pretty sweet!

    I'm amazed that so many think that Dan Murphy's stocks a range of craft beer. Most of the beers they advertise as craft beer are brewed by the large international companies such as Lion Nathan and contain a cocktail of chemicals to extend their shelf life. This is not craft beer!
    JV and co should drop into a craft beer pub such as the Royston or Woodlands to get an understanding of what craft beer actually is.
