I received a new offer on my Platinum charge card, although I'm unsure if it is targeted.

Save the offer to your eligible Card and spend $1,000 or more, in one or more transactions, online only at www.united.com/en/au by 31/10/2023 to receive one $200 credit. Limited to the first 20,000 Cards to save the offer. Exclusions apply.
OFFER TERMS
You must ensure that AU$1,000 or more has been charged to your Card by 31/10/2023 to be eligible for the offer.
Offer only valid for flights departing from Australia, which are paid for in Australian Dollars.
Excludes payments of car rentals, hotels, cruises, and/or vacation packages.
Excludes payments made via third parties (including, but not limited to, travel agents, online aggregators or payment processors).
Offer is limited to one credit per Card to which the offer is saved and only spend on this Card counts towards the Offer.
Excludes transactions where you do not spend directly with your Card to which the offer is saved, at United Airlines at www.united.com/en/au. Offer valid at Australian website only.

Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment form.

United is expensive but it competes with Qantas on direct flights to SFO/LAX. Qantas is still more expensive than United so this makes it sweeter. You might be careful if United charges in the US, there goes a 3% foreign fee.
