    You need to add a multi vitamin tablet to be equvalent coz these meal replacement has a long list of vitamins and minerals

      You need to look up nutritional yeast (in the name ) and cacao powder. I eat clean and still take a multi my point is these meal replacements are usually over priced and not needed.
