There are few things I hate as much website chatbots. Well maybe forced popup chatbots. I implore any business to avoid using chatbots. It's infuriating for customers.

And this website is a dog's breakfast. Horrible UI

But 9/10 bribed Cyber Computational IT shills experts have found chatbots increase website ROI by over 9000!!!1111oneonetwo.

The tenth tried to take part in the survey but the chatbot decided he should buy some Eneloops instead.

  • 10USD a month for the cheapest plan that allows a grand total of 50 queries a month. The real value of a GPT/LLM type service is a good dataset under it, so I guess this is somewhere in the middle of the public OpenAI/Bing Chat based ones and a full blown ISV LLM solution. Still, this does feel very niche.

It is pretty niche I suppose. I work in the fire industry and it's laden with codes, Aus standards, tech data etc. Having the codes uploaded and this at my fingertips and just punching in the question eg. What is the maximum height a fire hydrant can be getting a simple answer saves me a bit of time, so well worth it in that sense.

      P.S It is 750mm to 1200mm of FFL😊

Are you actually verifying the answers this service produces, in full? Besides the frequent tendency to hallucinate, i.e. lie, LLMs have no guarantee that they will produce accurate and complete answers. A common problem is producing an answer that's only partial, yet presented in a manner that makes it sound complete.

There's no way I would be allowing LLMs anyhwere near code or compliance processes, they're just not up to scratch for anything where being exact and thorough is essential. If nothing else where liability is concerned you won't have a leg to stand on if it goes to court.
