Quick tip

If you buy a hot water system from bunnings, they have an option to pay for installation which is cheaper than a plumber.

Same with air con.

If you are in sydney, use sydney water waterfix for small repairs which are generally free (just $33 callout fee). You can also use them to replace the toilet. Roughly $200 to $700 depending on toilet , which includes installation of new toilet and disposal of new one plus warranty on work and option to pay over 12 months interest free
